I have been using this app for years and loved it. The latest update in March is awful. Too busy!! Much easier to just have your accounts show on your home screen. And why do charges change by themselves? My balance is constantly incorrect and I have to go thru, try and find them and then change them back, only to have them change again. For example, I deposit money add it as a deposit and then it magically appears as a transfer to another account!! So annoying. The aggravation isnt worth the $5 I paid for this. I would rather pay $10 for an app that does what you tell it to and actually work. Take out all the "pretty" and have it actually work!

Ever since the update, the account totals are never matching up however you view them. Its annoying but not enough for me to find another app. And since your paid version is having the same problem, I definitely will not upgrade to solve the problem.

This app is a easy & simple way to keep track of expenses. Great for tax time. I bought the paid version but it wouldnt sync with the free version so I continued using the free version. A problem--I could not get the version on my new iPad to sync with my old iPad. And there is no tech support.

I was using the free version for a while, its a good app, a really like it, then for functioning reasons I had to backup data and restore my device. ( DONT DO IT ! ), not at least until you purchase the PRO version. After I restore my phone I tried to log in and guess what?! The app doesnt recognize my email as username and it alerts account email not found?! Weird, Im sure I have an account, a free one but I have one. So then I email costumer service, twice now, and (again) guess what?! They never replied! So still pray so they reply to your e-mails if something goes wrong. Cause they havent yet reply to any of the ones I sent them regarding me having lost financial data! Such a bummer! Good app but horrible costumer service, I mean, even worse, no costumer service at all, P.E. left me hanging on some important issue regarding valuable financial information. After this, its hard to trust. And also leave me wondering if they would have replied if I had the Pocket Expense PRO (paid) version of the app!? Got me tempted to try! I used to love this app but recently my checking balance is always off. And the bills to pay says Im overdue even though I already paid it. I deleted and reinstalled but same problems. Very frustrating. Waste of money

This great its simple and easy to use. Needs some bug fixes but overall great

I have been using this app and purchased for more than one year ago with no problems. But now after last update is a headache to keep track of my expenses because so many bugs. Ex. When you try to copy a previous purchases or expense no matter which you try to copy below it always copy the last one in the account.#Bug. Ex. Accounts doesnt update their preview of the current total some times# Bug. Ex. App does not respond some times much more frequently than previous version. #Bug Please bring back last version or update all this bugs. Hope some technical support read this.
