"I was left hanging" - no costumer service !!!
I was using the free version for a while, its a good app, a really like it, then for functioning reasons I had to backup data and restore my device. ( DONT DO IT ! ), not at least until you purchase the PRO version. After I restore my phone I tried to log in and guess what?! The app doesnt recognize my email as username and it alerts account email not found?! Weird, Im sure I have an account, a free one but I have one. So then I email costumer service, twice now, and (again) guess what?! They never replied! So still pray so they reply to your e-mails if something goes wrong. Cause they havent yet reply to any of the ones I sent them regarding me having lost financial data! Such a bummer! Good app but horrible costumer service, I mean, even worse, no costumer service at all, P.E. left me hanging on some important issue regarding valuable financial information. After this, its hard to trust. And also leave me wondering if they would have replied if I had the Pocket Expense PRO (paid) version of the app!? Got me tempted to try!
